I would definitely recommend The Gym Tin. I've just completed a 7-week Morning Kickstart course, training twice a week in Bransgore and it's been brilliant! We've had rain and shine but it's been great training with a lovely, friendly group and a real variety with boxing, circuits, kettle bells, TRX for an all over workout.

 

Rob is so enthusiastic and knowledgeable, ready to help with any injuries or aches and tailor your training to suit. Feeling stronger, toned and more energised, just what I needed to get back into regular fitness.
